At Another Veggy Addict (AVA), every meal is freshly prepared with care. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, all sales are considered final.

Returns & Refunds

• All food, meal prep, catering, merchandise, and event purchases are non-refundable.

• Requests made within 24 hours of purchase may be eligible for store credit only, at the sole discretion of Another Veggy Addict.

• Store credit will not be issued after 24 hours from the original purchase.

Order Issues

If your order is incorrect, damaged, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can review the situation and work toward a satisfactory resolution.

Catering & Events

Catering deposits, event registrations, and custom orders are non-refundable due to advance planning and food preparation. Any exceptions are determined solely by Another Veggy Addict.
